Q.  What if I want to buy but dont have an account?

A. If you don't have an account please get in touch with us on 01234 343264 and we can process your order over the phone.

Q.  How do I pay for my order?

A.  Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, simply go to the checkout and follow the instructions. Please input an order number and we will then charge this order to your usual account with us.

Q.  When will my items be delivered?

A.  We aim to deliver any items we have in stock next day. If we need to order the item in for you then delivery is usually 2-3 days. If you are concerned about your delivery time please get in touch with us and we will try our best to help.

Q.  Can't find a product I'm looking for.

A.  As a business we have access to over 1 million products from over 1,000 suppliers. It would be impossible to maintain this level of stock on the website, so we have stuck with some general products. If there is anything you would like to be on here, we can add it for you in your bespoke products section for you. Please speak to your Area Sales Manager for information.
